This loose base fluted flan tin is made from hard anodised, heavy gauge material and is abrasion resistant. Unlike non-stick bakeware the surface will not peel or flake and this pan will never rust. PTFE and PFOA free. Suitable for oven use to 240C and under the grill or on the hob.
